A British businessman who flew to Amsterdam handed airline staffers his 2-year-old daughter's passport without anyone noticing.

Mark Coshever only realized he had grabbed the wrong passport when his plane landed, The Mirror reported. He explained the situation to immigration officers at Schiphol Airport and was given a document that allowed him to remain in The Netherlands for 48 hours.
But he still has a hard time believing EasyJet personnel at Luton Airport did not look closely enough at the passport he handed them to realize it was a toddler's document -- and a female toddler named Alicia at that.
"I was shocked that I could fly to a major international airport on a child's passport," he said. "It would be bad enough at the best of times. But after recent events you would think airline staff would be checking everything really thoroughly."
Coshever said he has been told the airline would be fined 2,000 pounds ($3,760).
