Brooke Hogan announced on Instagram she is engaged to Dallas Cowboys football player Phil Costa.

"Happiest moment of my LIFE. I am marrying my best friend. I [wouldn't] choose anyone else. I am so lucky and so grateful," the former "Brooke Knows Best" star wrote on Instagram Saturday night.
The daughter of former professional wrestler Hulk Hogan also posted a photo of Costa down on one knee, proposing to her in Las Vegas.
