Unique Sports and Marketing of Brazil filed legal documents in New York Thursday alleging Vegas Style Entertainment fraudulently signed a $1.7 million agreement to book Rihanna for three November concerts in Brazil, TMZ reported Saturday.
But Vegas Style apparently has never represented Rihanna.
Representatives for Unique say the company had already paid Vegas Style $825,000 by the time they figured out something was wrong. Unique is now suing for $4.7 million.
