Brad Womack allegedly went back on The Bachelor for a second shot at finding love only weeks after he had repeatedly asked another woman to be his wife.
"Even when we weren't together, he would say how much he loved me and was going to marry me," Kagay told Us Weekly.
Womack reportedly asked Kagay to marry him numerous times throughout their relationship and tried to win her back last summer before trying to find love again on reality television again. According to Us, Womack spent last summer trying to reconcile their relationship by repeatedly declaring his feelings for the 31-year-old Austin spa owner -- including one time in which he insisted he'd "marry her right now" in a speech to Kagay and her mother. In addition, Womack reportedly continued to send Kagay text messages after he left Austin to film The Bachelor. Kagay told Us she feels the bachelorette Womack chose during the show's finale be forewarned that she was not the first woman he intended to marry. "I'm sure the girl he picked would want to know that he was proposing to another woman right before he started taping the show," Kagay said. "I would want to know."
