A bouncer at a Cleveland nightclub says a Playboy playmate on trial for assaulting a woman had been harassed by the alleged victim.

Carmela Decesare, the 2004 Playboy Playmate of the Year, is charged with assault for an attack last August against Kristen Hine, a woman her current boyfriend used to date, WEWS-TV, Cleveland, reported Tuesday.

That current boyfriend is Cleveland Browns quarterback Jeff Garcia.

Bouncer Daren Jarino testified Hine, 32, aggravated Decesare, 22, while both were at the nightclub. Jarino said Decesare and Hine began screaming at each other and then he saw Hine get kicked in the head. He added he wasn't sure who kicked her in the head.

Hine says she suffered a serious neck injury from the attack.

Magistrate Lynn Loritts has issued a temporary protective order, barring DeCesare from having any contact with Hine.
