U.S. Bosses are keeping a closer eye than ever on employees surfing the Web.

The New York Post says Exxon-Mobil allows workers limited personal use, but blocks sites that are deemed inappropriate. Financial companies such as Morgan Stanley monitor all e-mails and block sites with personal e-mail.
Workplace attorney Robin Bond told the Post employees need to understand that there is really no sense of privacy in the workplace today.
"The laws say if a company owns a computer, the company can monitor it," she told the newspaper. "And they're doing it more and more."
