After Faysal became the new HoH, he chose to nominate Scottie Salton and Brett Robinson for eviction at the Nomination Ceremony because he felt he couldn't trust either guy in the game.

The Big Brother broadcast began where Thursday night's episode had left off, with the houseguests competing in the Head of Household competition.

Faysal said JC Mounduix had warned him his side of the house didn't have the votes about six minutes before Angie "Rockstar" Lantry's eviction, and Brett assumed a few people were mad at him because he had pretended to make a secret alliance with Rockstar.

Meanwhile, Haleigh was upset her best friend went home during her own HoH reign. Out of JC, Brett, Scottie Salton, and Sam Bledsoe, she said three of those people had lied to her throughout the entire last week -- so the only person she trusted was Faysal, and if he didn't win HoH, she'd likely be going home.

Scottie was the other person whom Haleigh could trust, but she didn't know it. He had voted for Rockstar to stay, and Scottie noted either Faysal or himself had to win the competition.

In the end, Faysal was crowned the season's next Head of Household, and he was excited to be in power and do what he wants considering he had been on the wrong side of the vote for five weeks in a row.

Tyler expected another uphill battle for "Level 6" and worried their good luck was going to run out.

"I'm tired of being left in the dark and I'm tired of sitting around while other people skate around and do some shady bullcrap," Faysal said in a confessional.

Although "Level 6" "could be screwed this week," according to Tyler, he still had "The Cloud" Power App to use, which would keep him safe at one Nomination Ceremony of Veto Meeting.

JC felt he had Faysal in his pocket, but Brett figured Faysal would be gunning for him. Brett said he needed to pull some new tricks out of his pocket.

Scottie then spoke to Haleigh and insisted they were still working together, and she believed him. JC had been working with the other side of the house for weeks, but he and Tyler came up with a plan.

About 24 hours before Rockstar's eviction, the guys had decided Brett should act like he was the only person who voted for Kaycee in order to turn Haleigh and Faysal against Scottie. Faysal didn't trust Scottie to begin with though, which frustrated Haleigh.

Haleigh suggested to Faysal they should nominate Brett and Tyler for eviction because Scottie had definitely voted with them. But JC subsequently did everything in his power to make Faysal think Scottie was against them.

"At the end of the day, I'm going to do what I think is best for my game," Faysal said, frustrated over the fact Haleigh and JC had conflicting opinions.

JC was certain he could convince Faysal to take Scottie out because "he has no brain." JC also intended to make Faysal think Scottie was after Haleigh in a romantic way, which would likely push him over the edge to target his ally.

"Faysal is totally going to fall for this! If I say Scottie likes Haleigh, boom, goodbye, Scottie! He has no chance this week!" JC bragged to cameras.

When the houseguests all checked out Faysal's HoH room, Faysal asked the group as a whole which person voted against Kaycee at the last eviction.

Scottie immediately raised his hand and was proud of his vote, but then Brett spoke up trying to take credit for the move.

Brett said he had been honest about every vote so far and so he wasn't going to stop now. He also called Scottie out for wearing a Chris "Swaggy C" Williams shirt but then voting him out.

Scottie was pissed off and called Brett a "bullsh-t actor," saying Brett and Kaycee's little act "was cute." Kaycee insisted she was not close with Brett and never felt good vibes from him, which confused Faysal even further.

Faysal, however, noticed Brett did not disclose his vote with confidence, and he really wanted to believe Scottie, who was actually in his original FOUTTE alliance.

JC then approached Haleigh to let her know that Scottie liked her, but she wasn't buying what he was selling since she knew they were just friends.

Haleigh didn't want Faysal to make moves based on what JC said and did, especially since Scottie was going to keep Haleigh safe in the game and had her best interests in mind.

"He's the target. He's been flipping votes, trying to pin us against each other... He's going home this week, so just suck it up and accept it," Faysal said in a confessional.

Haleigh said if Faysal's behavior was out of jealousy, she wanted nothing to do with it. She also told Faysal not to talk to her if he was going to put Scottie on the chopping block.

Haleigh then warned Scottie to go talk to Faysal. Scottie said Faysal nominating him would be "extremely stupid" and not make any sense.

When the pair of guys talked in Faysal's HoH room, Scottie threw Brett under the bus and said he and Kaycee were definitely working together to portray him as a liar and lone wolf. Faysal, however, didn't believe what Scottie said since he had been all over the map all season long.

Haleigh just hoped Faysal's nominations were the best options for his game and not over Scottie's alleged little crush on her. Haleigh just couldn't believe Faysal was even considering targeting the only person in the house who wasn't gunning for them.

It then became time for the Nomination Ceremony, and Faysal revealed he was putting Brett and Scottie on the chopping block because one of them was lying about the Rockstar vote and Scottie had voted out Swaggy C while wearing his T-shirt.

Faysal bragged about how he wasn't afraid to make a big move and didn't trust either of them.

"You are such an idiot, it's unbelievable," Brett laughed to the cameras. "This worked out beautifully. As long as I'm not up against anyone from Level 6 on the chopping block, I don't care, because I've got the numbers."

Scottie was absolutely floored by Faysal's decision give they had been genuine allies.

JC prided himself on being the best puppetmaster ever and Faysal being his "big, dumb puppet." And Haleigh hoped to win the Power of Veto competition so she could "clean Fessy's mess up."
