Beyonce and Jay-Z post pics of baby daughter Blue Ivy Carter online

Beyonce and Jay-Z have posted photos of their 4-week-old daughter Blue Ivy Carter at HelloBlueIvyCarter.tumblr.com.

"We welcome you to share in our joy. Thank you for respecting our privacy during this beautiful time in our lives," said a handwritten message posted on the site and signed by the Carter family.

Rapper Jay-Z was born Shawn Carter. He and Beyonce married in 2008.

Daughter Blue Ivy, their first child, was born in New York Jan. 7.
