A Minnesota couple, ages 83 and 90, are doing the old-fashioned thing and getting married, but with a modern twist -- a pre-nuptial agreement.

Also, the bride will keep her own name.
Marguerite Meyers, 83, and Leonard Firlick, 90, met last summer at St. John Neumann Catholic Church in Eagan, southwest of St. Paul.
Firlick's wife of 60 years died in 2005. Meyers' husband of 59 years died in 2002. Firlick and Meyers told The St. Paul Pioneer-Press they were lonely when they met, and hit it off right away.
They had been attending the same service regularly, and struck up a conversation when she asked him to repeat the number of a hymn that had been announced. Before long, he was asking her out to breakfast.
"I knew right away that I wanted to marry her," said Firlick.
Eventually Meyers moved into Firlick's senior living community -- she on the fourth floor and he on the third. They didn't like being apart but living together is against their religion so they're getting married Sept. 14, in a traditional service at the church where they met.
For the sake of the children, the couple drew up a pre-nuptial agreement.
