All's well that ends well for Chucky, the pet duck given the bum's rush by the homeowners association at a Florida subdivision.

Chucky has been adopted by a family in Winter Garden after his owners in nearby Poinciana had to put him up for adoption due to association rules banning farm animals from the neighborhood.
The persecution of Chucky picked up media steam in the Orlando area as the hapless quacker holed up at Gatorland for a week while offers to adopt poured in.
The Orlando Sentinel said Saturday that Amy Jennings and her family will take custody of Chucky. Their home has a big pen with a trio of other ducks. Room and board won't be free, however.
"Hopefully ... they will breed and have babies," Emerald Behrens, who lives with Jennings and her son, told the newspaper. "That would be just great."
