The recording artists' ousters were determined after an evaluation of their scores from the judges and a tally of the viewer votes they received.

Still in the running for the coveted, mirror-ball trophy are Marilu Henner and Derek Hough; Laurie Hernandez and Valentin Chmerkovskiy; James Hinchcliffe and Sharna Burgess; Calvin Johnson Jr. and Lindsay Arnold; Terra Jole and Sasha Farber; Jana Kramer and Gleb Savchenko; Ryan Lochte and Cheryl Burke; Maureen McCormick and Artem Chigvintsev; and Amber Rose and Maksim Chmerkovskiy.

Actor Jake T. Austin and former Texas Gov. Rick Perry, along with their partners, were cut from the dance competition earlier in the season.

The ABC series features Tom Bergeron and Erin Andrews as co-hosts, while the judges' panel includes Len Goodman, Julianne Hough, Bruno Tonioli and Carrie Ann Inaba.
