The celebrity Web site said Saturday the new papers will be filed in court Monday and also drop Schwarzenegger's proposal to make Shriver pay her own legal fees.
Sources close to the actor-turned-governor told TMZ.com Schwarzenegger's first response earlier in the week caused an uproar given his admitted affair and the recent injury of the couple's 13-year-old son, Christopher, in a boogie-boarding accident.
The source said Schwarzenegger signed the first proposal without reading it carefully.
