The Smoking Gun Web site reports that Susan Loggans filed suit against the couple last week in Los Angeles. Loggans says that the Schwarzeneggers did not inform her about damage to the pool and tennis court and mold in the screening room at the mansion in Pacific Palisades.
Loggans purchased the house "as is." But she says in court papers that Schwarzenegger's representatives minimized problems with the property, failing to disclose significant structural damage.
The lawyer is seeking to have the case heard by an arbitrator.
The estate reportedly sold for almost $8 million. But Smoking Gun says that California's First Couple did their best to keep the sale price secret, even paying the broker an additional fee so that the asking price would not appear on Multiple Listing Services.
