Andrew said he wanted to get to know Katie because of her "energy, smile and infectious personality."

When the pair first met, Andrew spoke in a fake British accent, but the 30-year-old bank marketing manager from Washington wasn't really buying the act and cracked up. She later practiced an accent of her own, and the two bonded over the joke.

According to ABC, Andrew is "truly a man of the world," but is he prepared to give the world to Katie?

Katie has said she wants an engagement, and she told the cameras in the premiere she's ready to get married, settle down and start a family. Katie said she wants a real partner in life, someone she can be herself around and trust to protect her heart.

By the end of Katie's first whirlwind evening as The Bachelorette star, she narrowed down her pool of 30 bachelors to only 23 guys, Andrew S. included.

So does Andrew S. have what it takes to stick around longer and potentially win Katie's heart, and will the pair be able to make a lasting connection?
