"She was an amazing singer," Bromfield said in a Sky News report Sunday. "She was not only my godmother, but she was my mentor and my boss as well."
Bromfield's appearance at the festival in Herefordshire Saturday came two weeks to the day after Winehouse was found dead in her London home, The Sunday Mirror said.
Bromfield is signed to Lioness Records, which was also Winehouse's label. She closed the show by singing "Love Is A Losing Game."
Winehouse, who struggled with alcohol and drug addictions, was found dead July 23. An autopsy failed to determine the cause of death, and toxicology tests are pending.
