American Idol judges Simon, Randy, and Paula have called them the "best group of twelve in the history of American Idol." Now America will get to hear them via something other than their televisions when the twelve release a new compilation album of the greatest soul classics of all time on April 27.

This album follows the successful releases of compilation albums by the first and second season ontestants, as well as multi-platinum albums by Kelly Clarkson, Ruben Studdard, and Clay Aiken.
The track line up for "Greatest Soul Classics" is:
• "Chain of Fools," by Fantasia Barrino. The 19-year-old singer from High Point, N.C. with the gutsy, soulful voice burns the Aretha Franklin hit.
• "Me and Mrs. Jones," by George Huff. Simon Cowell's choice on the Wild Card show, George brings his unique, expressive voice to Billy Paul's No. 1 hit.
• "I Heard It Through the Grapevine," by Diana DeGarmo. One of two 16-year-olds in this season's competition, the teenager from Snellville, Georgia, sings one of the most successful all time songs in the Motown catalog, a huge hit for Gladys Knight & the Pips as well as Marvin Gaye.
• "If You Don't Know Me By Now," by La Toya London. Originally a hit for Harold Melvin and the Blue Notes, the song went to No. 1 when it was recorded by Simply Red. Now the song belongs to La Toya London, a
native of Oakland, California.
• "Neither One of Us (Wants to Be the First to Say Goodbye)," by Jennifer Hudson. The 22-year-old from Chicago was Randy Jackson's choice on the Wild Card show. She captures all the soulful energy that Gladys Knight and the Pips ignited when they made this song their own.
• "You Make Me Feel Brand New," by Amy Adams. Hailing from Bakersfield, Calif., interprets this Stylistics favorite.

• "(Sittin' On) The Dock of the Bay," by Matthew Rogers. Matt is a big guy with a big personality from Rancho Cucamonga, California. He sang Otis Redding's "Hard to Handle" on "American Idol," and here he delivers Redding's biggest hit.
• "Midnight Train to Georgia," by Jasmine Trias. The 17-year-old from Mililani, Hawaii, sings her version of Gladys Knight & the Pips' classic No. 1 song.
• "My Girl," by Jon Peter Lewis. Coming from Rexburg, Idaho, is America's choice on the Wild Card show. He sings the Smokey Robinson classic that was a No. 1 hit for the Temptations.
• "Until You Come Back to Me," by Camile Velasco. The 18-year old from Haiku, interprets a classic Aretha Franklin song, written by Stevie Wonder.
• "Betcha By Golly Wow," by Leah LaBelle. Leah LaBelle was Paula Abdul's choice on the Wild Card show and here she brings life to this great copyright standard.
• "You Are Everything," by John Stevens. Dubbed "Teen Martin" because of his age (16 years old) and his rat-pack style, the singer from East Amherst, New York, takes on the first top 10 hit by the Stylistics.
• "Ain't No Mountain High Enough," by all twelve American Idol Finalists. All twelve finalists offer their rendition of the Nick Ashford/Valerie Simpson song that was a hit for Marvin Gaye & Tammi Terrell as well as Diana Ross. This version incorporates the best parts of both arrangements.
