The organization named "Arrested Development, "Curb Your Enthusiasm," "Deadwood," "Desperate Housewives," "Lost," "Nip/Tuck," "The Shield," "Something the Lord Made," "The Sopranos" and "South Park" as the 10 best shows on TV in 2004.
The AFI lists its picks in alphabetical order -- preferring not to name one best picture or TV show overall.
Two AFI will honor the shows at a luncheon on Jan. 14, 2005, in Los Angeles.
