Adrianne Palicki to play 'Wonder Woman' in new television series pilot

Adrianne Palicki has been cast as Diana Prince/Wonder Woman in a new NBC series pilot from David E. Kelley, TVGuide.com reported.

ADVERTISEMENT
Palicki's small-screen credits include "Friday Night Lights" and "Lone Star."

She has also appeared in the movie "Breaking the Girl" and the upcoming remake of "Red Dawn."

Lynda Carter memorably played Wonder Woman, the DC Comics super-heroine, on TV from 1975 to 1979.
