The former co-host of the cable network's hit series "The Man Show" will develop the program with former "Jimmy Kimmel Live" executive producer Daniel Kellison, who has collaborated with Carolla and Kimmel on several Comedy Central programs, including "Man,""Crank Yankers" and "Windy City Heat."
Carolla is the second comedian in the running for the hosting gig at CBS' "Late Late Show" to get consideration for his own talk show at Comedy Central; D.L. Hughley is developing a similar project with former David Letterman producer Robert Morton.
