The movie star daughter of Aerosmith's frontman has made the 54-year-old rocker a grandfather, E! Online reported Wednesday.
Liv Tyler, married to British rocker Royston Langdon, gave birth Tuesday to a healthy boy, the first grandchild of Steven Tyler.
The mother of the baby, whose name has yet to be disclosed, is the child of Tyler and model Bebe Buell.
Liv Tyler got her big break starring in Aerosmith's 1994 video "Crazy," and has since become a successful model. She has also starred in nearly 20 movies during the last decade, including "That Thing You Do!" and "Armageddon." She is best known as the lovesick Arwen in the "Lord of the Rings" trilogy.
Langdon and brother Anthony in 1994 formed Spacehog, which scored a mid-'90s radio hit with the single "In the Meantime."
Spacehog broke up last year, and Royston Langdon formed a new band, The Quick.
