Similar to its first installment this past spring, the reality competition series' second season will feature recently married couples competing in challenges designed to test their affection for one another and earn money for the competition's "nest egg" prize.

At the end of each episode, the couple who receives the most votes from the rest of the cast will be eliminated from the competition.  The final couple left standing at the end of the competition will receive the "nest egg" prize.

While Here Come the Newlyweds' first season featured seven recently married couples, the second season will be expanded to include nine couples and run for eight episodes. In addition, comedian Pat Bullard will reprise his hosting role.

Here Come the Newlyweds six-episode first season run averaged 8.1 million total viewers and a 3.3/9 rating/share in the Adults 18-49 demographic in its Sundays at 10PM ET/PT time period.

Here Come the Newlyweds is produced by The Jay and Tony Show in association with Warner Horizon Television and executive produced by Jay Blumenfield and Tony Marsh.
