Thais, a 25-year-old from Brazil, was shown coming to America and marrying Patrick, a 31-year-old from Austin, TX, during the 90 Day Fiance season while Kara, a 29-year-old from Charlottesville, VA, was shown marrying Guillermo Rojer, a 23-year-old from Venezuela.

"We have a first here on 90 Day -- two folks are pregnant," 90 Day Fiance Tell-All host Shaun Robinson announced at the beginning on the reunion special. "I want you to raise your hand if it is you."

"Thais and Patrick and Kara and Guillermo, congratulations," Shawn added after Thais and Kara raised their hands

Thais and Patrick said Thais was sixteen weeks along in her pregnancy at the time of the Tell-All was filmed -- which surprised Kara and Guillermo, as Kara was also sixteen weeks along.

"Also sixteen weeks! Today!" Kara said.

According to Kara and Guillermo, Kara is due in late November.

"It happened very fast after we got married, but we're super excited and we're due at the end of November," the couple said in a statement to People. "We're waiting to find out the gender, so it's going to be a really great surprise."

During the Tell-All, Thais and Patrick explained that their pregnancy also came a big surprise -- especially since Patrick's prior steroid abuse had previously left him incapable of fathering a child.

"A year ago I was doing fertility tests and I didn't have any sperm because of my past with [performance enhancing drugs] use," Patrick explained.

"That's steroid use?" Shaun asked.

"Yeah... for weightlifting. So I had like zero sperm," Patrick replied. "I had zero. Then I went to the doctor, got it all fixed"

According to Thais, she took half a dozen pregnancy tests before she shared the news with Patrick.

"I took six tests, every test of positive," she explained. "I hid the tests in the [bathroom cabinet]."

"She did that because that's how she does everything," Patrick noted about Thais, who had also hidden her plans to marry Patrick from her father.  "She doesn't tell you anything until it's exactly certain."

"She lied to me and had me make her a gyno appointment for something else supposedly. So I called and made her a gyno appointment, and so after that she finally decided to tell me it was real... her friend [that went to the appointment with her] knew before I did."

The Tell-All also featured Biniyam Shibre, a 31-year-old from Ethiopia, who was shown marrying Ariela Weinberg, a 30-year-old from Princeton, NJ, during 90 Day Fiance's ninth season announcing he had received his immigration Green Card and could now work in the United States.

"No I can work, now I can be father," Biniyam said.

"And what kind of work do you want to do?" Shaun asked.

"I'm continuing with my MMA. A hundred percent I have confidence that I'm the best fighter," he replied.
