90 Day Fiance star Ashley Martson is tired of defending herself when it comes to the severity of her lupus disease and paid-posting decisions, so much so that she has asked "trolls" to simply stop following her!

"For all you trolls: YES! I have lupus. Just because I don't look like death 24/7 doesn't mean I don't. Yes, there was a [GoFundMe account] that I shut down because I realized I was able to keep pushing through and work until surgery next week," Ashley wrote.
"I could have kept collecting peoples money but no I shut it down and kept working! If you're sick of seeing me post ads then unfollow me. I was asked to come to NYC, given wardrobe, and everything was paid for by my [sponsors]. So kindly go find a life and stop obsessing over mine, it's quite pathetic!"
Ashley has posted a seemingly endless string of ads -- a dozen or more, on some days -- for various products and clickbait articles on her Instagram account the last few weeks, particularly via Instagram Stories.
Her allegedly estranged husband and fellow 90 Day Fiance star Jay Smith has also done the same with his own Instagram account.
In the last two weeks alone, Ashley has attempted to sell fitness ensembles, self-tanner, jewelry and trendy clothing. Ashley also promotes restaurants and provides paid website links for a variety of 90 Day Fiance clickbait news articles.
On January 25, however, Ashley insisted she would not participate in any new promos, endorsements or cameos beginning on February 8.
"If I have already signed with you it will be done. If I have not, I will not be available until mid March for anything. I will be undergoing surgery and will be down at least a month," Ashley revealed.

While Ashley did not disclose the reason for the upcoming surgery, it is likely related to her recent hospitalization with kidney failure caused by her lupus.
Ashley had been found unresponsive in her home on January 13 and treated in the ICU. Thanks to dialysis, doctors determined Ashley did not need a kidney transplant and she was released from the hospital on January 17.

Ashley also made headlines last month when she had filed for divorce from Jay on January 11 but then withdrew the divorce filing eleven days later.

According to SocialBlade statistics, Ashley's Instagram followers count stood at 210,091 followers on February 1, but has been dropping daily since then.
As of Thursday, Ashley had 209,008 Instagram followers and Jay had 119,930, down from the 120,802 followers he had on January 24.
