Well, according to RadarOnline, Molly went through with the divorce from Luis, a 27-year-old from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and the paperwork was finalized on May 4, 2018.

Molly reportedly filed for divorce from Luis on January 9, 2018, which was less than six months after they tied the knot on July 20, 2017.

Molly claimed her marriage was "irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation," RadarOnline reported.

Molly reportedly requested all premarital property be awarded to her since they did not acquire marital property together during their marriage.

Molly was, in fact, granted sole possession and ownership of her premarital real estate property and 2011 Infiniti, according to the website, but neither party was awarded alimony.

As for Luis, he was reportedly ordered to return his cell phone and charging cables purchased under Molly's AT&T plan.

A source close to Luis told RadarOnline he has not been deported back to the Dominican Republic and still currently living in the United States.

The source added Luis is doing "well" following his divorce from the mother of two.

90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?'s latest episode featured Molly yelling at Luis to get out of their house because he was blaring his music and she thought he was ignoring her and being disrespectful.

"If I had thought this was going to be my situation, I would not have ever started the process to get him here or said, 'Yes, I want to marry you,'" Molly griped to the cameras, adding that Luis completely changed once they got married and he moved to the United States.

"I need... to get Luis out of my life for good," she later noted.

Luis later packed up his belongings and left the house, and Molly admitted Luis probably had dishonorable intentions about their romance from the very start.

When Molly consulted with a divorce lawyer on the show, she revealed the couple had never signed a prenuptial agreement.
