90 Day Fiance: The Other Way featured Deavan Clegg giving birth to her son with Jihoon, Jenny Slatten trying to survive in India alone, Paul Staehle and Karine Martins getting into a heated argument, and Tiffany Franco realizing her family wouldn't be safe in South Africa during Monday night's broadcast on TLC.

90 Day Fiance: The Other Way's Americans will also have to wed within 90 days in order to stay in their new countries. Paul and Karine, however, were already married at the time of filming.

The latest 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way broadcast featured Paul and Karine; Tiffany, a 27-year-old from Frederick, MD, and Ronald Smith, a 29-year-old from South Africa; Deavan, a 22-year-old from Salt Lake City, UT, and Jihoon, a 29-year-old from South Korea; and Jenny, a 60-year-old from Palm Springs, CA, and Sumit, a 30-year-old from New Delhi, India.

The following two couples did not make an appearance in the episode: Laura, a 51-year-old from Eustis, FL, and Aladin, a 29-year-old from Qatar, as well as Corey Rathgeber, a 31-year-old from Mill A, WA, and Evelin Villegas, a 26-year-old from Engabao, Ecuador.

After arriving in their new countries, the six American cast members must race a ticking clock and experience major culture shocks and challenges -- including winning over their soon-to-be foreign in-laws and trying to plan a wedding.

"Will uprooting their lives in the United States pay off or be the biggest mistake ever?" TLC teases.

Below is the latest on each 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way couple based on Monday night's episode on TLC.

JENNY and SUMIT

Sumit had been staying at his parents' house for several days because they were getting suspicious of his whereabouts, and so Jenny attempted to venture out on her own in search of an employment agency. However, she didn't even know how to peg down a rickshaw.

Jenny said she didn't fly to India to be left alone in an apartment, but she believed he was doing what he needed to do in order to ensure they could be together and be happy.

Jenny wasn't sure whether she could work without a visa, but she still wanted to try to find a job.

A representative at the employment agency asked for documents, a work visa and her ID, noting it would be illegal for Jenny to work unless she was married. But she could barely understand him and quickly learned she was unable to work. Jenny had to depend entirely on Sumit in India.

Although it was dangerous for women at night in India, she was going stir crazy in her apartment alone and so she went to a cyber cafe in order to video chat with her daughter.

It apparently blew Jenny's daughter's mind that Jenny was alone in India. Jenny missed her daughter and her grandchildren, and she was clearly having a tough time in a foreign country alone.

"I started wondering, 'Did I make a mistake coming here again?' It's possible he doesn't want to marry me. Maybe he doesn't want to go against his family," Jenny said in a confessional.

Sumit felt it was absolutely necessary to leave Jenny alone in order to quiet and calm his parents, but she was bored and fed up.

Sumit was angry when he found out Jenny had left their apartment at night because it was "very serious" and he was worried for her safety and security. Jenny said she wouldn't need to do such things if Sumit stayed home with her.

"I feel like your mistress... or something because you're hiding me from everybody," Jenny said. "It feels horrible, like, I'm supposed to be the woman you're in love with."

Sumit insisted it wasn't like that, but Jenny said Sumit needed to come home or else he'd push her to return to America.

DEAVAN and JIHOON

On the morning of Deavan's C-section, she was feeling extremely nervous and anxious, especially because Jihoon wasn't able to move his flight to an earlier time so he could be there.

The pair had agreed to video chat so Jihoon could at least see the birth of his son, but it was hard and "heartbreaking" for Deavan considering the surgery was high-risk.

Deavan had high blood pressure and so the baby needed to come two weeks early. Deavan said if anything went wrong, she would have liked to have Jihoon by her side to help, but he was on the other side of the world.

Jihoon's parents also watched Deavan's C-section via FaceTime, and Jihoon admitted he was very worried about his fiancee.

"I'm not there. I'm a very bad father," Jihoon told the cameras, adding that he wished he could hold Deavan's hand through the surgery. "I'm just very freaking out."

The surgery took about six minutes total and the doctors said Deavan and Jihoon's baby was "big," "handsome" and "so perfect."

"No language in the world can interpret what I'm feeling right now," Jihoon said in tears. "I'm happy but heartbroken at the same time. I regret not being there."

Jihoon's parents were thrilled to be grandparents, and Deavan noted she felt an immediate, overwhelming sense of love when she saw her son for the first time.

Two weeks after her son Taeyang was born, Deavan found it extremely tough without having Jihoon around.

Parenting also started out rocky because one of Taeyang's lungs wasn't fully developed at the time of his premature birth and so he spent some time in the neonatal intensive care unit.

Deavan said it was "so hard" not being able to hold her son when he was being treated and she really needed Jihoon there.

However, Jihoon was on his way to the United States and was so excited to finally meet his baby. Jihoon hoped he'd be a good father, but he didn't really know what to do or expect.

When Deavan and Jihoon were reunited, Jihoon held his son for the first time. He apologized to Deavan for not being around and felt guilty for having stayed in Korea as long as he did.

Deavan said there were times when she was "extremely angry" at Jihoon for missing the birth, but when her family was finally together, she just enjoyed the moment.

Jihoon had a lot to learn when it came to taking care of a newborn, considering he had never even changed a diaper before.

"I think he's in a reality check," Deavan noted. "He hasn't proven to me yet I can depend on him, but I want Taeyang to have a father in his life. So I need to [move to South Korea] for my son."

TIFFANY and RONALD

Tiffany and Ronald had been married for one week at this point, and it was time to get back to reality.

Tiffany said she and Ronald wanted to welcome another baby soon and so they went looking for a two-bedroom apartment to rent.

Ronald didn't have much money saved, but he had an offer to work at the wellness center and help people with their own addictions.

However, the job only paid between $500-700 U.S. dollars a month. The real estate agents were worried the couple wouldn't be able to find a nice place in a good, safe neighborhood with Ronald's salary.

The real estate agents said average income in South Africa was $1,700-1,800 a month. The pair's financial situation was dire, especially since Tiffany couldn't work yet because she didn't have a work visa.

Tiffany wanted a safe place for her son Daniel in which they could leave their doors unlocked, but she quickly learned that was not going to happen in South Africa.

The first apartment Tiffany and Ronald looked at was surrounded by an electric fence, and the real estate agents said their best bet would be to scream loudly in a compromising situation to inform their close neighbors they needed help.

Tiffany didn't feel the place was safe at all, and she was shocked because the couple couldn't afford much more given Ronald had gambled away his savings.

Ronald suggested they set up an alarm system to make sure Daniel would be safe, but Tiffany didn't want to choose between groceries and safety. Tiffany realized her family was going to live "in constant fear" and she'd always be worried about her children.

Ronald's chances of getting a visa to come to the United States were slim to none because of his criminal record, but Tiffany still wanted to try because she realized how hard it was going to be to make a life in South Africa for her family.

PAUL and KARINE

Paul and Karine were settling into their new inexpensive house three weeks into their life together in Tonantins, Brazil.

The couple was living off the small amount of savings Paul had left prior to flying to Brazil, but they were running out fast.

Since Paul didn't have his permanent residency approved, Paul could not apply for a work visa. He was therefore looking for some under-the-table work, but no one seemed to speak English and Paul couldn't speak Portuguese well.

Karine was very stressed out and unhappy, but Paul was tired of his wife "poking" at him. Karine said he needed to get a job because of their baby and he didn't seem worried, but Paul insisted he was doing his absolute best to support his family.

Paul left the house and counted to 10 in attempt to calm himself.

Paul said he gave up everything in the United States to live in Brazil with Karine and be there for her, but he felt nothing he ever did was "good enough" for his pregnant wife.

Paul then told Karine the fact she was communicating with American men in English worried him and hurt his feelings, but Karine said Paul always accused her of cheating when they fought.

"I can't take it anymore, to tell you the truth," Karine said. "Are you afraid someone is going to treat me better than you?"

Paul then flipped out and told Karine to file for divorce. Paul said his priority was Karine and the baby and he had done everything in his power to prove that, but Karine cried and said she was tired of Paul scaring her and treating her poorly.
