"Mursel and I are excited to announce the birth of our son! Gokhan John He was born 4/11/22, five weeks early. He's doing amazing!" Anna, 41, wrote on Instagram.

"Just a small guy at 5.3 pounds 18 inches. Our surrogate is also doing well! I was able to meet her and she's such an amazing woman!"

Anna proceeded to give a shout-out to the non-profit organization called Dynamo Project, which arranged for her to meet her newborn son in Ukraine, where the couple's gestational carrier lives, amid its war with Russia.

"Upon arrival to Poland we spoke with the group to start logistics of our travel into Ukraine. They asked to see Mursel's Schengen Visa to see if it was a one entry or multi entry visa," Anna explained.

"We found out it was a one time entry visa. So from there the plan was for Mursel to stay in Poland. If he came with to Ukraine, he wouldn't be allowed to leave. So I had to go into Ukraine alone."

Anna continued, "Thank God for this amazing group Dynamo Project! I didn't have to go alone. They planned the logistics including travel into Ukraine, a safe place to stay while in Ukraine and travel while inside. They were with me the entire time."

Anna and Mursel apparently left Warsaw with Project Dynamo, and the group crossed across the border by foot before Anna and Mursel were transported to a safer hotel.

"The next day I was transported to pick up our baby and get all of the documents completed while inside Lviv, Ukraine. On our way back to the hotel, they told me Mursel was transported to the hospital via ambulance, due to heart pain," Anna revealed.

"A member of Project Dynamo stayed with him until I was able to meet him so he wouldn't be lost in the shuffle. Then I was transported to the border and walked across into Poland with the baby. They got me to the hospital where Mursel was."

Mursel's tests came back with evidence that his heart and bloodwork were "okay."

"So we went back to Warsaw after. Dynamo Project helped with that also. This is such an amazing group! They go into countries with wars and hostile environments to help people get out! They have helped numerous people in Ukraine get out of towns, they've moved surrogates and babies," Anna wrote.

"We will forever be grateful to them! This is a non-profit group that relies on donations to help with their missions to get people out! If you'd like to donate go to Dynamoproject.org @dynamoproject.org #ukraine #warinukraine #surrogacy @projectdynamo."

Anna -- who married Mursel on Season 7 of 90 Day Fiance, which aired in 2019, and is currently living in Nebraska with her husband -- is also mom to sons Joey, Gino and Leo, whom she welcomed during a previous relationship.

Anna underwent IVF and egg retrieval and fertilization in the process of hiring a surrogate to carry the couple's baby.

Anna and Mursel announced in January that they had a new little bundle of joy on the way.

"Mursel and I are super excited to announce that we are expecting a little boy this May," Anna captioned a slideshow of photos on Instagram.

"We are currently 22 weeks! #FutureBeekeeper."

Anna posted a sonogram image, a selfie with her 40-year-old husband from Antalya, Turkey, and a picture of a yellow onesie that read, "Future beekeeper May 2022," at the time.

In July 2021, Anna revealed she was feeling "so emotional" because her three fertilized embryos were "being carried to Ukraine."

"We are signing with our surrogate today," Anna gushed in an Instagram post. "Keep us in your prayers!"

A month earlier, Anna shared how Mursel had been living with her in the United States for two years. She called their time together in America "crazy" and "busy" in a loving June 2021 Instagram tribute.

In February 2022, Anna updated her Instagram followers on the surrogate's well-being given Russia had invaded Ukraine.

"Our hearts are with those in Ukraine. Pray for peace!" Anna wrote at the time.

"We've been following everything since last night. Our surrogate had to leave her home with her family, to a safer area. We are just sick that everyone in Ukraine had their lives turned upside down."

One of Anna's followers asked how the gestational carrier was doing, and Anna replied, "As of right now our surrogate and baby are OK," according to Us Weekly.

Anna and Mursel, who own and operate a store that sells their homemade honey products, documented part of their journey to have a baby together on Season 2 of 90 Day Diaries, which was released last year on discovery+.

During Episode 2 of the series' second season, Anna explained that since she had an ablation five years ago, her uterus was "ruined" and she can't carry a baby on her own.

But since Mursel longed to be a father, she and her husband had been exploring other options.

Although Anna's son Gino wasn't happy about the news, Mursel gushed in a confessional, "I want a child from me and Anna's marriage because the baby is going to be ours."

"Also, it will be from my DNA," he added. "If we have a baby, it will learn Turkey's culture through trips back and forth. I mean, it will feel like a Turk. That's why I want a child."

After days of IVF injections, Anna and Mursel drove 17 hours to a fertility clinic in Syracuse, New York -- on very short notice -- for egg retrieval and fertilization.

"If this doesn't work, we're out of money. And if this doesn't work, Mursel's heart is going to be crushed. I think just being hopeful is what's going to help make this work," Anna said.

After a three-hour surgery at the fertility clinic, Anna was understandably feeling anxious.

However, the doctor informed the couple he was able to retrieve seven eggs, and Anna shared how she was very happy with the results. Anna and Mursel only needed one good embryo to make a healthy baby.

"We're hoping to have a baby in our arms in 10 to 11 months," Anna gushed.

"I'm excited, our baby is coming!" Mursel added.

Following the procedure, three of Anna's eggs were successfully fertilized into embryos. As a result, they began the process of choosing a surrogate.

Anna and Mursel tied the knot in Nebraska on September 8, 2019, according to court records obtained by Starcasm.

Anna confirmed on Instagram in November 2019 that she and Mursel got engaged on September 8, 2018.

After Mursel's K-1 visa was approved and he moved to the United States, he met Anna's three sons.

However, it took time for Anna's sons to warm up to Mursel, and Anna and Mursel initially lied about Anna's children to Mursel's parents, who were initially shocked to find out the truth but eventually came around to the idea.
