Rebecca, a 47-year-old private investigator from Canton, GA, and her boyfriend Zied, a 26-year-old from Tunisia, currently star on 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days.

Rebecca, who has three kids and came out of three failed marriages, met Zied online and fell for him fast, so she was prepared to give love another shot.

Rebecca, however, had concerns she'd be repeating the mistakes of her past when it comes to relationships.

Although Zied was only 26, she found him "sweet and romantic." Rebecca was attracted to his green eyes and lips, and she insisted he made her happy and she deserved it.

In order to determine whether they could make their relationship work long-term, Rebecca planned a 15-hour flight to Tunisia, and her ultimate goal was to leave Tunisia with an engagement ring and a new foreign fiance.

While she pointed out traveling overseas for this man she had never met before was "crazy," she was more than excited.

Rebecca confessed her first two marriages were "average, run-of-the-mill American men," but her third marriage was to a Moroccan man whom she had brought to America on a spousal visa.

Within the three or four months the unidentified Moroccan man was in the United States, she said he acted differently and became a different person. She then tracked him via GPS and found out he had been cheating on her with other women.

Rebecca's friends were worried about this new relationship, especially since Rebecca hadn't done an international background check on this new man. But Rebecca said if something was going on, she would know it.

Rebecca also hadn't seen "a single red flag" with Zied, so she hoped this time would be different and she could find happiness.

Rebecca decided to trust Zied but knew there was an absolute possibility he was trying to take advantage of her and use her for money or a move to America.

Rebecca videochatted with Zied three or four times a week, but she sent him very filtered photos and worried she may not be enough for Zied. Zied, however, was head over heels and said he loved her and couldn't wait to introduce her to his family.

In Tunisia, unwed couples cannot share a room together overnight, so Zied's father said they had to stay in different places. Zied, however, planned to stay in Rebecca's hotel with her because she said he's "not your typical Muslim."

"I want the engagement, I want the wedding, I want our life to start. But I have left a lot of things out about my past. I'm keeping a secret from Zied, and when I get to Tunisia, he deserves for me to be completely honest," Rebecca said.

Rebecca revealed to cameras she wasn't technically divorced yet from her ex. She had "put it off" emotionally and said things didn't end well.

Rebecca had finally signed the papers, but the divorce was not finalized yet since it takes months. She admitted she wouldn't have a court date until her return from Tunisia.

"In Zied's culture, a relationship with a married woman is strictly forbidden. I'd like to think he'll be pretty understanding, but that's a big deal," Rebecca noted.

"I don't know what he's going to do when he finds out I'm still married. I'm scared it would cause the end of the relationship."

Rebecca looked forward, however, to having a sexual relationship with Zied and not holding back.

"If Zied treated me like my ex did, I would not survive it. I'm just scared I'm going to make the same mistake twice... [but] I honestly believe he's not trying to hurt me, although there's always a chance this could go horribly bad," Rebecca said in a confessional.

Once Rebecca arrived at the airport in Tunisia, Zied greeted her and they hugged and kissed.

Rebecca thought Zied was more handsome in person, while he thought Rebecca looked "so perfect." He was even wearing a T-shirt with her face on it at the time and had a bouquet of flowers for her.

Rebecca thought Zied's shirt was "totally awkward," but she was relieved he liked the way she looked in person.

Zied then revealed to Rebecca he came to the airport in a taxi and didn't have a car so they needed to rent a vehicle. Rebecca knew renting a car would be very expensive for her three-week stay, but she did so anyways.

Rebecca wasn't getting the feeling Zied was controlling like her ex from Morocco.

After spending their first night together, Rebecca said it was amazing and Zied was both "romantic and passionate." She revealed they had slept together and the encounter was great.

Rebecca said she and Zied were "so comfortable together," but she had some questions to ask in order to determine she was making the right choices. She didn't want to find out Zied was a totally different man than she had assumed given her ex from Morocco had shocked her with his behavior once he arrived in America.

Zied told Rebecca he had one serious relationship in his life that lasted for two years but she apparently cheated on him. Rebecca worried Zied might have issues with trust as a result.

Rebecca said her ex was very jealous and controlling, but Zied promised he wasn't like her ex. Zied admitted he didn't want to talk about other men because he was, in fact, a bit of a jealous guy.

Rebecca had yet to tell Zied she was still married since she had filed for divorce right before her trip.

"I don't think Zied would like it very much to realize he just had sex with a married woman. I don't have a plan for when I'm going to tell Zied or even how I'm going to tell him, I just know I need to find the right time and do it soon," Rebecca said in a confessional.

After a few stressful days following Rebecca's move -- including meeting Zied's young friends -- Rebecca and Zied planned to go out at night and enjoy some drinks together. Zied, however, didn't like Rebecca dressing so sexy, saying women in Tunisia dressed more conservatively.

Rebecca told the cameras she was not going to allow a man to tell her what she can or cannot wear ever again.

But Zied didn't like the idea of Rebecca attracting attention from other guys.

"I see myself as a jealous and controlling guy, and I am not like the men who see my girlfriend like this," Zied said in a confessional.

Rebecca told Zied everything was going to be okay and she didn't want to fight. Rebecca said she gave up her identity and opinion for her soon-to-be ex-husband from Morocco and so she'd never do that again for a man. Her ex-husband apparently didn't even like her to wear makeup or show her hair.

When the couple went out, Zied wasn't happy and they apparently argued on the way to a hookah lounge. Rebecca just wanted to have fun and be herself, so she asked Zied to love her the way she is.

"I don't like men looking at her," Zied told the cameras, before telling Rebecca she wasn't giving off the impression to others she's a good woman.

Rebecca saw this as a big red flag, because Zied's behavior mirrored how her ex used to treat her. Rebecca wasn't sure whether Zied would also try to tell her what to wear in America, but Zied insisted he was just acting this way because she was in Tunisia.

Rebecca said her relationship wasn't going to work if Zied continued to be jealous and controlling because she was sick and tired of being told what to do.

"Okay, this is my character," he said.

Rebecca took off her jacket and asked Zied if that suddenly made her a bad person. Zied could tell Rebecca was attracting a lot of attention, and it made him angry.

Zied then yelled at a man for looking at Rebecca's tattoos and a verbal disagreement broke out. Rebecca feared Zied might even hit this man at the lounge.

Things escalated quickly, but once Rebecca and Zied left the lounge, they were able to work through their issues and talk things out.

Zied then introduced Rebecca to his mother and father.

Over dinner, Zied's parents asked about her having married at Arabic man before, which made Rebecca feel very awkward. Zied's parents wanted their son to have a happy and good life, but at one point, they caught a glimpse of her tattoos and seemed displeased.

Zied's mom wanted her son to be with a Tunisian woman, but then he broke the news he wanted to propose to Rebecca and then move to her country. His mother wanted Zied to be comfortable and have a better life, but she was worried about his happiness.

Zied said he was very happy with Rebecca but wanted to spend more time with her before proposing and determining they will spend the rest of their lives together.

Zied thought his parents approved of Rebecca overall, but she needed to meet his sister as well. And Zied admitted his sister didn't want him moving to America.

Rebecca therefore thought Zied's sister was the only person standing in her way of getting engaged.

Zied's sister cooked them dinner and Rebecca thanked the woman for her generosity, but the environment was pretty tense and uncomfortable.

Rebecca promised that she loved Zied, but his sister was wondering why Zied had to sacrifice and not her. Rebecca basically just said, "I don't know," and, "I'm sorry." Zied's sister was not happy with the situation, but Rebecca didn't know how to fix that.

Zied's sister later asked how many times Rebecca had been married before, and she admitted three times and all of the marriages had gone badly.

Zied's sister wasn't convinced Rebecca was right for her brother. Rebecca couldn't even explain why or how Zied was different from all of her exes who didn't work out, and his sister actually laughed about Rebecca's dating history.

Rebecca didn't think the night went well, and so she was having doubts about the strength of her relationship. She was worried Zied's family might talk him out of being with her, but Zied said he made decisions for himself.

"I am happy with you. I see you are so perfect. Every day I love you more," Zied told Rebecca.

Zied insisted he loved Rebecca no matter what, but she realized he barely knew her at all.

Rebecca therefore opened up to Zied about one of her "forbidden" secrets, that she had been in a relationship with a woman before.

Rebecca said the relationship was not something that she wanted -- that a same-sex relationship was just something she had tried out. Rebecca wanted to make sure Zied still loved her and wouldn't judge her for her past.

"That's not normal," Zied said. "My parents know this never. This is for me and you only. They will not accept you after this."

Zied said Rebecca's relations with a woman made him "angry," but it at least happened before she met him. Zied said he was okay with the news, and Rebecca wanted to believe that desperately.

Rebecca then contacted her private investigator boss, who informed Rebecca that Zied had no criminal history and had never been married before. However, the private investigator found no job for Zied on record.

Rebecca had heard Zied was "an audience coordinator," but the private investigator said Zied had absolutely nothing listed for his career or job history, as if he had never worked a day in his life.

The private investigator worried Zied would come to the United States and live off Rebecca.

Rebecca believed Zied was "a hard worker," but she began to fear he was lying to her just like her ex from Morocco had. Rebecca's ex apparently used her to come to America and live the American dream.

Rebecca was "completely head-over-heels in love" with Zied, but she had to get to the bottom of Zied's "zero employment history on his record."

Rebecca later brought up Zied's background check at dinner and his lack of employment history, and the situation worried him because he wanted Rebecca to trust him. Zied explained his boss gave him money directly under the table at work.

Rebecca tried to give Zied the benefit of the doubt, but it concerned her Zied had nothing on his record at 26 years old. Zied told Rebecca he had worked in restaurants and at coffee shops, and Rebecca pointed out Zied would not stay at home in America while she worked.

Zied said he understood, but Rebecca was afraid to repeat her mistakes. She said they needed to come up with a plan so Zied could work, make money and help her out financially.

Later on, Zied randomly asked Rebecca for almost $200 American dollars to buy something.

Rebecca was confused why Zied needed so much money. Zied apparently had never asked her for money before, and so Rebecca's mind started to race. Rebecca told the cameras it wasn't okay, especially since Zied wouldn't even tell her what the money was for.

"Why would he assume that was okay? There's no reason for him to assume that's okay," Rebecca said in a confessional.

"Maybe this is what my kids have been warning me about, that he's taking advantage of me. Maybe he is taking advantage of me. I don't know. I'm just going to have to keep an eye on him."

Zied said Rebecca had told him it would be okay to borrow money if he needed it at any time.

Zied apparently didn't tell Rebecca what he was doing with the money because he was planning a surprise for her. And with that being said, he picked out an engagement ring for her.

Zied told Rebecca not to worry, but she was starting to feel like she didn't know Zied at all -- and she was questioning everything, especially his intentions.

Zied needed Rebecca to trust him or else he couldn't see himself getting down on one knee.

When Rebecca only had only a few days left in Tunisia, Zied took her on a trip to the Sahara Desert, where they planned to camp out for the night. Zied was so happy but also so nervous because he had planned a surprise for Rebecca.

Zied intended to propose marriage and hoped Rebecca would say "yes" because it was his "dream" to get married and move to the U.S.

After a wonderful night together in the desert, Zied and Rebecca apparently fought over a picture of Rebecca's ex in her phone.

Rebecca said Zied's jealousy "came out of nowhere" and he was being "ridiculous." She hated that Zied didn't trust her more, but Zied insisted any boyfriend would get angry over something like that.

Rebecca said Zied's behavior reminded her of her ex and it wasn't okay. Rebecca promised she didn't "give a sh-t about [her] ex" and Zied shouldn't have gotten so angry about an old photo she had simply forgotten to delete.

Zied admitted to being a controlling and jealous guy, but he still wanted to marry Rebecca and make things up to her. Rebecca, however, feared what would happen once she came clean to Zied about how she was still married to that man in the picture.

Did Rebecca and Zied break up after he found out she was still married? Is the 90 Day Fiance couple still together?

On October 9, Rebecca rushed to Zied's defense against online speculation he was abusive to her in their relationship. Rebecca's decision to defend Zied would suggest they are still together or at least on amicable terms.

"I need to make something VERY CLEAR. Zied has NEVER been abusive. Zied would NEVER be abusive. This is dangerous to make light of and it needs to stop now. I understand that the preview was misleading," Rebecca explained.

"However the scene in its full entirety was very clear! Zied was apologizing to me and I was the one who pulled away from him. I was angry, not Zied. As an abuse survivor in previous relationships, I would never allow this, and would never make excuses for it."

She continued, "In addition, TLC and Sharp Entertainment would not only not have allowed it, but would not have aired it. It is dangerous to make accusations like this, and make it look like I'm making excuses. As there are women watching in actually dangerous relationships that think if I'm staying with this man, it's okay for them to."

She concluded, "It is never okay to be in any relationship that is even slightly abusive. Reality tv likes to create drama, and did that with the preview. The scene in its entirety, clearly shows Zied was not being abusive in ANY way. Be responsible with your accusations. #domesticabuseisnotokay."

One day earlier, Rebecca laughed at the fact people have been advised her to run from her relationship with Zied due to "red flags."

Rebecca shared the following on Instagram: "For everyone sending me messages and comments about red flags with Zied....Lets be realistic! Zied has seen his share of red flags with me! "

"So let's see how this plays out. I appreciate everyone's concern for me, honestly. But let's just watch the show and see what happens."

On October 3, Rebecca also told fans to watch some sweet videos of the couple from before they met, and she captioned her post with heart-eyes emoticons.

And on September 26, Rebecca posted a series of photos of Zied and herself in Tunisia, suggesting they are definitely still together and happy.

Rebecca's son also apparently posted a bunch of spoilers in a Reddit thread when answering questions from fans before the premiere of the third season of 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days aired.

The thread made it seem like Rebecca and Zied are definitely still together and doing well!

"I hope I [don't] get in [trouble] for saying this, but hes actually a surprisingly nice guy, I really wasnt expecting much after the [Moroccan] (I was told not to say his name)," Rebecca's son revealed of Zied.

"I lived with her when she brought him to america. He and I had major issues and i moved out, but Zied has been great so far, he messages me frequently asking about my son, who was in the hospital."

Although Zied has looked controlling at times on the show, Rebecca's son wrote on Reddit before the show debuted that's not actually the case!

"Just for the record, my mom and zied get along incredibly well in actual life," he wrote.

"[I] was in contact with both of them the whole time she was in Tunisia, they love each other lol."

Rebecca's son added that Zied is "not at all" selfish.

When asked why Rebecca has a pattern of dating men overseas instead of Americans, her son admitted there's "honestly" a "long" and "really sad" backstory.

"Shes just had the worst types of people in America, as an adult i can understand what shes doing," her son explained.

"My dad and 2 of my stepfathers were abusive to her, my dad was an alcoholic abusive mess to all of us."
