90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days featured Rebecca Parrot arriving in Tunisia and meeting Zied Hakimi for the first time in person, Caesar buying an engagement ring for Maria, and the introduction of Angela Deem and Michael Ilesanmi during Sunday night's Season 3 broadcast on TLC.

Along the way, they'll encounter challenges that include large age gaps, language barriers, cultural issues, and questionable pasts.

90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days' Season 3 cast is comprised of Angela, 53, from Hazlehurst, GA, and Michael, 29, from Nigeria; Darcey Silva, 44, from Middletown, CT, and Tom Brooks, 39, from United Kingdom; Avery, 19, from Columbus, OH, and Omar, 24, from Syria; Caesar, 46, from Jacksonville, NC, and Maria, 28, from Ukraine; Rebecca, 47, from Canton, GA, and Zied, 26, from Tunisia; and Timothy, 38, from Charlotte, NC, and Jeniffer, 25, from Colombia.
The season has yet to debut Benjamin, 33, from Phoenix, AZ, and Akinyi, 25, from Kenya.
Below is an update on each 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days couple based on the latest episode of Season 3.
AVERY and OMAR
Avery was heading to Lebanon in two days to see Omar, whom she met on a Muslim dating app after converting to Islam and planned to marry and then move to Syria.Avery's close friends, Rachel and were worried for her since Avery barely knew Omar at all. Avery told her friends that she couldn't even kiss Omar at their wedding but her "wild side" went away after she converted to Islam.
Avery admitted to her pals that Omar didn't appreciate the fact she had sex before but he mainly judged her on her life post-Islam. Avery explained Omar wasn't used to her culture, but because of that, she feared she may not be good enough for Omar. She wanted to be the perfect girl and Muslim wife for Omar.

One day before traveling to Lebanon, Avery gushed about how Omar was "the perfect person." Avery's mother would be going with her to Lebanon to make sure she's safe, but Avery's mom didn't know she planned to live in Syria for a few months until Omar's visa got approved.
Avery was keeping this secret, but her mother was pretty supportive. Avery's mother even took out her wedding dress for Avery to wear on her big day, but Avery said "no" because the strapless dress wouldn't cover her head or shoulders.
Avery wanted to wear a Muslim dress, but her mother didn't want her to forget who she is. Avery used to dress very sexy, and her mother didn't want her to change just about everything about her.

Avery worried her mother was going to try to convince her not to marry Omar.
Avery was later shown packing her belongings and heading to the airport. Her mother hoped Avery would return to the United States and rebuild her life there is Omar turned out to be different than she had anticipated.
Avery's trip, however, started off on the wrong foot because her phone was missing once she and her mother had arrived at the airport.

Avery didn't want to miss her flight, so she opted to get on the plane without it. But her mother refused to board the flight without her daughter's phone and ability to contact Omar.
"If my mother stops me from getting on this plane, I will never forgive her," Avery told the cameras.
CAESAR and MARIA
Caesar planned to travel to Cancun, Mexico in one week to meet his girlfriend, Maria, whom he called the love of his life. But after Caesar sent Maria money to buy a ticket to Mexico, she alleged there were political issues between Russia and Ukraine and so she couldn't fly out.ADVERTISEMENT
Maria claimed it was "really dangerous" in the Ukraine, but Caesar insisted she'd be fine.
"I'll see," Maria replied.
"Why don't you just book your plane ticket to Mexico? I know you can do that. I read the article and everything will be okay," Caesar said.
Caesar told Maria not to panic and he loved her, and so she promised to book her flight that night.
Caesar felt "relieved" and "elated" after learning Maria would follow through with their plans to go to Mexico. He couldn't wait to see Maria face to face, as he had been waiting for that for a long time.

Caesar was then shown shopping for an engagement ring so he could propose to Maria when they meet.
Caesar told his friend that Maria thought all Americans are rich but he's certainly not a millionaire. Caesar said if Maria loved him that she would stay in the relationship anyway, but his friend worried Maria wasn't going to show up to Mexico.
Caesar said Maria was expecting "a huge, gigantic ring," but he wouldn't be able to afford that. Caesar's friend questioned whether Maria was talking to other men and receiving money from them as well, but Caesar believed in his heart that absolutely wasn't the case.
Caesar ultimately purchased a ring worth $200, but he didn't think Maria would be able to tell the diamond was grown in a laboratory.
Caesar and Maria had been together for five years, so Caesar said he didn't know how much longer she was going to wait for him.
ANGELA and MICHAEL
Angela helped to raise six grandchildren and had been married before and divorced young. Angela never thought she'd marry again until she met Michael on Facebook when he was 30-years-old.ADVERTISEMENT

But Angela said she and Michael made up after every fight and truly loved each other. Angela said Michael had her heart but "screwed things up again" during their previous season's Tell-All special when he had called Angela his "elder."
"Michael and I have been engaged for about a year now. Truth of the matter is we have some issues still, but I love him and I miss him, so I filed for the K-1 visa. And when he gets here, we'll get married. I love him that much," Angela told the cameras.
Angela, however, planned to return to Nigeria one last time while waiting for Michael's visa to be approved.
Angela said Michael had to prove he'd do whatever it takes to make her happy, especially since she had asked him to stop social media and he continued anyway and posted photos "showboating" with other women.
Angela only spent two weeks with Michael their first time together, but she was still planning for their wedding day in the United States. Angela therefore checked out a venue called Cotton Patch, which featured a pond, gardens and fountains.
Angela wanted to have an American wedding followed by an African-style reception, complete with fireworks and televisions to show her guests her journey with Michael from the beginning.
Angela was quoted $45,000 for the venue and all of her special touches, which she thought was way too much and overwhelming.

Angela hoped she could make a decision "once and for all" whether Michael was the one for her because the last thing she wanted to do was blow a bunch of money on her wedding and then have things not work out between them.
Angela later told her daughter Skyla she loved Michael but wasn't sure she could trust him. Angela vented about Michael's behavior on social media but then revealed he wants a baby and she probably couldn't have one.

Skyla told Angela she "might" carry the baby once things got settled and Michael was in the United States, but she wasn't okay with giving one of her eggs since the baby would be her own in that case.
REBECCA and ZIED
Rebecca was flying to Tunisia in two days to meet her boyfriend for the first time, and she couldn't wait.Rebecca shopped for some lingerie to make her time with Zied very special. Rebecca's daughter Tiffany was skeptical of her relationship with Zied and wondered how he would perceive her lingerie considering he lives in a Muslim country, but Rebecca insisted he'd be just fine with it.

Since Rebecca was 47 and Zied was 26, she was a little self-conscious, especially because she had sent him pictures with a lot of filters to make her look younger.
Rebecca claimed Zied had a "very healthy sexual appetite" and they did a lot of sexting. Zied's father, however, thought the couple would not be sleeping in the same bed or having sex before marriage.
"Zied is not your typical Muslim," Rebecca said, adding that Zied's father finding out scared her half to death.
Rebecca told the cameras she respected Muslim culture but didn't want to take things slow at her age. Rebecca felt she had held back who she really is, and she didn't want Zied to be disappointed upon seeing her at the airport for the first time.
Rebecca had been hurt by a foreign man before because her ex was from Morocco and she brought him to the United States on a spousal visa. Rebecca said her ex had cheated on her with other women while in America.
"If Zied treated me like my ex did, I would not survive it. I'm just scared I'm going to make the same mistake twice... [but] I honestly believe he's not trying to hurt me, although there's always a chance this could go horribly bad," Rebecca said in a confessional.
Later on, the day came for Rebecca to travel overseas, and she was "so nervous" and "shaking" about the meeting.

Shortly before Rebecca got to the airport, she texted Zied but he didn't answer, which left her feeling very uneasy. Rebecca said it wasn't normal for Zied to ignore her but it was "do or die" at this point and she hoped Zied would be at the airport to meet her.
Rebecca was willing to take a huge risk for love.
After landing in Tunisia, Rebecca looked for Zied and feared he had gotten cold feet because she hadn't heard from him. She worried Zied came to the conclusion she was too old for him or wouldn't like the way she looks in person.
While Rebecca looked for Zied in the airport, footage flashed to Zied in Tunisia 24 hours before her arrival. Zied said he looked at photos of Rebecca every day and night and couldn't wait to see her.
Zied had a close relationship with his family, but they seemed to be more conservative. Zied's father was more concerned about Rebecca's morals than her age, but Zied had made a reservation for only one hotel room instead of two.
Zied's friends thought Rebecca and Zied's age difference was too great, but they thought she was a good-looking woman and hoped for the best for him.
Rebecca and Zied then met at the airport and hugged and kissed. Rebecca thought Zied was more handsome in person, while he thought Rebecca looked "so perfect." He was even wearing a T-shirt with her face on it at the time and had a bouquet of flowers for her.

Rebecca thought Zied's shirt was "totally awkward," but she was relieved he liked the way she looked in person.
Zied then revealed to Rebecca he came to the airport in a taxi and didn't have a car so they needed to rent a vehicle. Rebecca knew renting a car would be very expensive for her three-week stay, but she did so anyways.

DARCEY and TOM
Darcey said she was traveling to England in less than a week to meet her "charming, loving, classy and understanding" boyfriend Tom, whom she had met four years ago online.Darcey enjoyed a girls' night with her sister Stacey before leaving the country, and she was extremely happy. Darcey called Tom "perfect" and hoped for an engagement ring one day.
Darcey had fun during her night out, especially because she was able to drink.
Her ex, Jesse Meester, had accused her of being an alcoholic -- even when Darcey said she would just have a glass or two of wine with dinner -- and so she apparently gave up drinking for two years. Darcey, however, said it was all about Jesse having control and her gesture never improved their relationship.
Darcey's friends hoped for the best, but they worried about her having unrealistic expectations. It annoyed Darcey that Stacey wasn't very supportive because she insisted Tom was the guy she had been waiting for.
Darcey then FaceTimed Tom during their outing and he revealed his friend had a 60-foot yacht in Gran Canaria, which is an island off the coast of northwest Africa, that he'd like to take her on for a vacation. Darcey wondered if Tom intended to pop the question once there.

Darcey's friend thought Tom was hot, but she didn't really like how flirtatious Tom seemed over the phone. She didn't want to come across angry or desperate.
"I wouldn't be going to meet him if I didn't think he was ready to settle down... but with Jesse, I got taken advantage of, and I don't want that to happen ever again," Darcey said in a confessional.
Darcey looked forward to spending two weeks with Tom, and her flight was only two days away. Darcey admitted it "stung" a little bit to watch Tom flirt with her friend. She wondered how Tom acted when she wasn't around, but Darcey knew she had to have trust.
Stacey said Darcey lived in the moment and was ignoring red flags. Stacey wasn't sure Tom was ready for a committed relationship, especially because the man told Darcey he could do and say whatever he wanted and Darcey couldn't control him.
When Darcey told Tom his flirtation bothered her a little bit and made her uncomfortable, he apparently ignored her.

Darcey then revealed Jesse had called her at 3AM but she didn't answer. Darcey said Jesse only contacted her to antagonize her and their dynamic was "draining." Darcey thought she deserved a lot more now.
"I hope Tom is who he says he is in person. I'll guard my heart a little bit, but at the same time, it's open for the real deal," Darcey told the cameras.
Darcey later headed to the airport to travel to England in order to meet Tom. Darcey was ready to have a loving, fulfilling relationship instead of a toxic one and hoped their meeting would result in a proposal.
TIMOTHY and JENIFFER
Timothy was leaving in a few days to meet his 25-year-old girlfriend from Colombia for the first time in person.Timothy's ex-fiancee Veronica threw her a going away party to say goodbye and wish him luck. Although he and Veronica broke up, they were best friends and raising Veronica's daughter together.
Timothy's friends couldn't believe he was traveling to South America to meet a girl he believed was The One. They all teased him about how Jeniffer dressed sexy and appeared to have a tattoo of a cross coming out of her cleavage, but Timothy got angry and asked everyone to stop hating since she could be his future wife.
Meanwhile, Veronica attempted to send a photo of Timothy and herself to Jeniffer, but Timothy wasn't having it because he didn't think Jeniffer would take that well. Veronica, however, didn't want Timothy to hide his real self and the reality of their friendship from Jeniffer.
Timothy ultimately sent Jeniffer a photo of Veronica and himself in which Veronica was wearing a black-lace bra and see-through shirt, so Jeniffer wasn't happy. Timothy told Veronica that this was real life and he wouldn't be able to sleep is his girlfriend was mad at him.
Veronica therefore attempted to smooth things over by giving Timothy the engagement ring he had previously proposed marriage to her with. Veronica wanted to see Timothy happy, but he didn't know if popping the question with the same ring twice would be the right move to make.
"Hopefully she can continue to support me and get along with Jeniffer, because if they have drama, I have drama," Timothy told the cameras.
Later on, the day arrived for Timothy to travel to Colombia. Although Jeniffer was a bit angry at him for his friendship with Veronica, Timothy planned to surprise her with sunglasses, dresses, clothes and more. Timothy hoped his surprise would please Jeniffer and get their trip off to a good start.

Timothy apparently had a secret to tell Jeniffer about his past and intended to "come clean."
"I'm not sure she'll ever look at me the same," Timothy noted.
