Jordan Rodgers and Aaron Rodgers' original source of strife was reportedly the Green Bay Packers quarterback's famous girlfriend Olivia Munn.

Aaron and Olivia, an actress best known for her role in the X-Men: Apocalypse, began dating in 2014, which was right around the time Aaron allegedly stopped speaking to his family.

According to a source, Aaron's family doesn't quite get along with Olivia, which likely led to the NFL star's estrangement from his parents and two brothers.

"Aaron is the one that has pulled away from the family, not the reverse," the source told Us Weekly. "When he got together with Olivia Munn, his family told him they didn't trust her and thought she wasn't with him for the right reasons. That made him furious, and he ended up choosing Olivia over his family."

Another insider claimed Aaron, 33, and Olivia, 36, weren't happy about his father, Ed, speaking to the New York Times about family tension. Ed revealed to the newspaper the family's strained relationship with Aaron is "complicated" and "fame can change things."

"[They] don't want this public," the second insider said, confirming that the two-year rift is "over the actress."

Aaron's estrangement first came to light when Jordan appeared on JoJo Fletcher's season of The Bachelorette last year.

When it became time for the sports analyst to take JoJo home to Chico, CA, to meet his family, Jordan warned the show's star that Aaron would not be present. Jordan alluded to the fact issues stemmed from the way Aaron had "chosen to do life."

"JoJo still has not met Aaron Rodgers, which is crazy," the first source explained.

Jordan proposed to JoJo on the August 2016 finale of The Bachelorette's twelfth season. He later admitted in a conference call that, despite their currently-contentious dynamic, he would love to have Aaron attend his wedding someday.

"Obviously Jordan hates the tension with his brother Aaron," a third source told Us. "But the thing is nobody knows what really happened -- Olivia, money, fame, all of it?"

Sources claimed last year that every time Olivia spent time with Aaron's family, things went badly due to her strong personality.

Olivia is also good friends with Jordan's ex-girlfriend Brittany Farrar, which is probably awkward for JoJo's fiance considering the personal trainer blasted him multiple times on social media for allegedly being a liar, cheater and fame seeker.
