JoJo Fletcher's family was reportedly charmed by one of her Final 2 suitors while the other made a big mistake in The Bachelorette star's book.

According to multiple sources, Fletcher definitely got engaged at the end of her journey, but it's unclear whether she chose the man whom her family preferred, Us Weekly reported.

Before Fletcher joyfully accepted a proposal from either Jordan Rodgers or Robby Hayes on a beach in Phuket, Thailand, she devastated the runner-up. The rejected bachelor could barely make eye contact as she gave him the breakup speech, which included a confession that she loved him.

"JoJo was sobbing," a show insider told Us. "She told him, 'I wanted it to be you.'"

When Fletcher's family -- her parents Joseph and Soraya, sister Rachel and brothers Matt and Ben -- flew from Texas to meet Rodgers and Hayes in Thailand, they weren't even torn, which probably weighed heavily on the Bachelorette's final decision.

The reason behind the family's reaction? The first guy to meet them didn't even ask Joseph and Soraya for their blessing to potentially pop the question to Fletcher.

"It was important to JoJo that the guys get her parents' permission before proposing," a show source said. "JoJo viewed it as disrespectful that he didn't."

It reportedly didn't help that Fletcher's family thought the man was a little too smooth to be genuine. He allegedly played all the right cards, including bringing flowers for Soraya and gag gifts for everyone else.

"After he left," said the insider, "Soraya said she thought he was a player."

However, the second suitor to meet Fletcher's family was reportedly welcomed with open arms.

Unlike the first guy, this bachelor revealed his desire to propose to Fletcher, ultimately earning their approval and respect.

"Everyone thought he was husband material," the insider told Us. "Later they told JoJo that they liked the other man too, but they thought the second would be more loyal and a better fit."

Fletcher "cried and didn't know how she was going to make a decision," added the insider.

Fletcher must choose between Rodgers and Hayes during next week's Season 12 finale of The Bachelorette.
