STRONG, NBC's new reality fitness competition series, eliminated the White team comprised of trainer Adam Von Rothfelder and trainee Claudia "CC" Collazo during Thursday night's broadcast.

Adam, a 33-year-old from Milwaukee, WI, and CC, a 40-year-old from Teaneck, NJ, were eliminated after they completed the elimination-tower obstacle course in a slower time than the Blue team -- trainer Bennie Wylie, a 39-year-old from Tuscola, TX, and trainee Jill May, a 35-year-old from Willmar, MN.

"While I may not have won, I'm still really proud of my performance," Jill said following her ouster. "So did I really lose? I don't think so."

Jill started the competition as a size 8 with 35% body fat and a resting heart rate of 69. In a post-elimination update, Jill is now a size 2 and has a 23% body fat percentage and resting heart rate of 50. She also gained 14 pounds of lean muscle.

The STRONG broadcast began with six teams remaining.

The previously-ousted Yellow team gave their medallion to the Grey team comprised of trainer Wesley Okerson, a 37-year-old from Los Angeles, CA, and trainee Jasmine Loveless, a 30-year-old from West Hollywood, CA. The Yellow team gave their second medallion to Blue team members Bennie and Jill, upping their count to $150,000.

For the Medallion Challenge, the teams had to use their upper-body strength and alternate hanging from a weighted bar. Once person had to be dangling from the bar at all times, and the team to hold on the longest would win a medallion worth $25,000. The team to finish in last place must automatically go to the elimination tower.

The Grey team was out first, so they were about to head to the elimination tower for the fourth week in a row unless they could win the upcoming Power Challenge. The Orange team comprised of trainer Chris Ryan, a 35-year-old from New York, NY, and trainee Giovanna Cicerchia, a 38-year-old from Wyckoff, NJ, won the Medallion Challenge and walked away with a total of $50,000 in medallions.

At this week's Power Challenge, only the women could compete and it was a full-body workout. The women were required to row as the amount of resistance increased per round. If Jasmine on the Grey team won, she'd be able to save herself and Wes from the elimination tower, and they'd also be able to choose the two teams who would square off in it.

In the end, Jasmine did win it. She and her trainer decided Adam and CC would face off against Bennie and Jill at the elimination tower for strategic reasons.

The elimination tower features four levels, and one obstacle evolves every week as the contestants' bodies strengthen. The race was extremely close, but the Blue team eventually won with a faster time of three minutes and 34 seconds.

Before Adam and CC went home, they gave their medallion to the Lime team -- trainer Dan Wells, a 41-year-old from Studio City, CA, and trainee Mahogany Brown Roberts, a 38-year-old from Nashville, TN.

As shown in a preview clip for next week, one previously-eliminated team will win the chance to re-enter the competition.
