Tori Spelling, her husband Dean McDermott and their four kids have moved into a rental home.

The True Tori stars left their home in Calabasas, CA, and moved into a new $7,500-per month rental house in Encino, CA, People reported.

The 3,900 square-ft. home reportedly features five bedrooms, four baths, a spa, a pool, a gym and a media room.

The move is surprising considering reports Spelling and McDermott have been struggling financially for years. Spelling, 42, is also being sued by American Express for failure to pay an outstanding balance of $37,981.97 on her credit card.

However, a source close to Spelling told People they have relocated just so the children can be closer to their schools.

In 2013, Spelling admitted her family runs into money issues, especially because she was raised living a rich lifestyle and has a lot of loved ones to support. McDermott, 49, later denied being completely broke.

Spelling was born into wealth as the daughter of Aaron Spelling, a famous Hollywood producer. In her career, she's starred in numerous reality TV spinoffs with McDermott as well as designed a jewelry line and released a memoir.

The couple wed in 2006 and began having children the following year. McDermott also has a son from his previous marriage.
