CBS has announced that although the second episode of "The Amazing Race 4" finished second in its timeslot to repeats of NBC's "Friends" and "Scrubs," the series was first in men 25-54 (3.1/10), tied for first in boomers (3.9/12, with NBC), second in households (5.3/10), viewers (8.27m), adults 25-54 (3.7/12) and adults 18-49 (3.2/11).

"The Amazing Race 4" was up +23% in households, +76% in adults 25-54, +56% in boomers, +75% in women 25-54, +72% in men 25-54 and +78% in adults 18-49 compared to the same night last year.

Compared to the second episode of the "The Amazing Race 3," the second episode of "The Amazing Race 4" was up +6% in households (from 5.0/8) and added 230,000 viewers.
