Reality TV show contestants may be old hat in many places in America, but at least one city is still excited about a hometown winner. On the season finale of The Bachelor, wine heir Andrew Firestone proposed to 26-year-old Jen Schefft from Mentor, Ohio. As noted in these stories from WTAE-TV Pittsburgh and WEWS-TV Cleveland, Mentor seems very proud that a hometown girl and former high school cheerleader won Andrew's heart, however low the odds of a marriage.
