The Bachelor creator Mike Fleiss has revealed Luke Pell and another mystery The Bachelor franchise member will be competing on the upcoming Winter Games spinoff.

Pell, who competed for JoJo Fletcher on The Bachelorette's twelfth season last year and finished in fourth place, will be looking for love while competing in winter-themed challenges when The Bachelor Winter Games comes to ABC.

"@lukepell will be competing at #TheBachelor Winter Games!!!" Fleiss revealed November 3 on Twitter.

The following day, Fleiss also announced another bachelor or bachelorette from the franchise will be appearing on The Bachelor Winter Games, however, he did not disclose the mystery man or woman's name.

"Just signed up another sexy star for #thebachelor Winter Games!" Fleiss tweeted November 4.

Fleiss had also tweeted in early October that Rachel Lindsay's The Bachelorette runner-up, Peter Kraus, would be participating in the winter spinoff, but Peter admitted last week the show's creator may have been jumping the gun.

"Mike Fleiss likes to tweet a lot of things," Peter recently said on The Morning Breath podcast with a laugh. "I feel like he even said I was the Bachelor at one point, so I think he just likes to throw people off."

Peter, 32, added that his appearance on the upcoming spinoff is "not confirmed yet."

Peter, however, revealed that production on The Bachelor Winter Games is scheduled to begin December 2017 in Vermont, so while it's coming down to the wire, he still has time to sign on.

"It's definitely something I've been interested in -- it looks like a blast, and I know some of my good friends are going onto it," Peter said. "I won't say who, because I don't know if they've been announced either, but it looks like a really good time."

ABC announced it had ordered The Bachelor Winter Games in May. The series will film at a luxurious resort and debut in February 2018.

And weeks before that, Season 22 of The Bachelor starring Arie Luyendyk Jr. will begin airing on the network January 1, 2018.
