A 63-year-old man named Yunice A. has officially been charged with robbing Kardashian, TMZ reported on Thursday. He is facing charges of armed robbery in an organized gang, kidnapping and criminal association.

Yunice was one of 17 people arrested earlier this week in connection with the October 2016 Paris hotel robbery in which $10 million in jewelry was stolen from the tied up and gagged Keeping Up with the Kardashians star.

French network TF1/LCI reported on Wednesday that several of the 17 arrested suspects have already confessed to their involvement with the crime, according to Us Weekly.

As previously reported, authorities identified six individuals who were linked to the incident. Five alleged robbers ranging in age from 54 to 72 were directly involved with the robbery, while a sixth accomplice waited outside and drove the getaway car that night.

The sixth accomplice, Us reported, is the son of one of the suspected robbers. TF1/LCI also revealed that some of the arrested suspects have had previous run-ins with the law and are criminals familiar to the French police. Past crimes involved cocaine and diamond theft.

A few of the suspects, including Kardashian's Paris limo driver Michael Madar, were released from custody after being questioned.

"Kim is in a good place," an insider told the magazine of Kardashian's recent return to social media and desire to make public appearances again. "She's fully back now."

Kardashian, 36, just traveled to Dubai with Scott Disick to participate in a Friday, January 13 makeup tutorial that was initially scheduled for October yet canceled due to Kardashian's traumatic Paris experience.

Kardashian's precious jewels, including her $4 million engagement ring from Kanye West, have yet to be located.
