Andi Dorfman noticed a surge in book sales when her ex-fiance Josh Murray appeared on Bachelor in Paradise this summer, and she's not exactly upset about it.

When Murray was falling in love with the sweet and innocent Amanda Stanton on Season 3 of Bachelor in Paradise, a hot topic was Dorfman's book It's Not Okay: Turning Heartbreak into Happily Never After because she accused Murray of being "a classic emotional abuser" during their short-lived relationship.

"[Book sales] have definitely done well, thank you for that," Dorfman, a former The Bachelorette star, told Us Weekly with a big smile. "We did well before but we definitely got an extra boost that I'm not going to complain about."

When Dorfman was told her memoir caused a debate on Bachelor in Paradise -- as cast members questioned Murray's character and intentions, and he in turn argued he was being genuine and Dorfman's book is "fiction" -- she replied, "I know, I hear!"

Dorfman made an appearance at the magazine's 2016 Most Stylish New Yorkers bash at Vandal in New York City on Tuesday.

"I didn't watch [Bachelor in Paradise], but of course, I don't live under a rock, so I know it was brought up," Dorfman admitted.

"I mean, look, I think when we all go on reality TV once again, you kind of have to remember your past is going to get brought up. We all kind of have to swallow that pill."

Dorfman seemed to be taking a shot at Murray because he claimed on the show he was shocked by how much his failed relationship with Dorfman was discussed. Murray didn't think it was necessary for people to talk about Dorfman's book claims, but his fellow cast members were really concerned.

Since Dorfman didn't watch Bachelor in Paradise, she said she "didn't hear much about" Murray's romance with Stanton, a single mom of two from California.

"I didn't hear much about it. I kind of tried to just stay away from it because I'm not involved anymore. But to each their own!" Dorfman told Us.

Dorfman and Murray split in January 2015, only five months after their engagement aired on The Bachelorette's Season 10 finale. Once Dorfman released her book in May 2016, Murray denied all allegations and said he hoped she would find peace.

Dorfman was also asked to share her thoughts on ABC selecting Nick Viall as Season 21's The Bachelor star.

"If anyone has earned it and had perseverance about love on TV, it's Nick. So, I'm going to root for him. He's a decent guy," Dorfman said of her The Bachelorette runner-up.

Viall and Dorfman had bad blood for a while considering he acknowledged on After the Final Rose the couple had sex in the Fantasy Suite. Dorfman thought the admission was "below the belt" since she didn't want to kiss and tell, and was happily engaged at the time to Murray.
