JoJo Fletcher will be the first to admit she's been a basket case at times on The Bachelorette.

"I am emotional," the 25-year-old Dallas real estate developer told Entertainment Tonight at Saturday's The Bachelorette: The Men Tell All taping in Los Angeles. "It's hard. No one will understand it -- saying goodbye is so hard."

Most women would be jealous of the position Fletcher is in -- dating 25 good looking guys at once -- but she feels that with the excitement and thrills comes a lot of pressure, confusion and sadness that's difficult to handle.

The worst moment for Fletcher in her journey thus far appeared to happen in Monday night's episode when the Bachelorette received a last-minute love confession from Luke Pell, the suitor she intended to send home after the men's round of hometown dates.

Pell's ability to be open and vulnerable brought Fletcher to tears and made her question whether she was making the right choice. She feared making a mistake and potentially eliminating her future husband.

"To be honest, I am a trainwreck!" she admitted.

"You know what is funny too -- when people are like, 'I don't see any tears,' and I'm like, 'Are you kidding me?' You can thank my makeup artist then, because she did a real good job touching it up!"

At this point, Fletcher still has Pell, Chase McNary, Jordan Rodgers and Chase McNary in running for her heart.
