E! has announced it's ordered Botched By Nature, a new reality series that will follow Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif as they travel across the country to help transform patients who thought help was out of reach, which premieres Wednesday, August 3 at 9PM ET/PT.

Botched stars Dr. Dubrow and Dr. Nassif will embark on a nationwide pursuit of patients who have been disfigured by genetics or traumatic incidents. The new one-hour, eight-episode spinoff will follow the doctors as they seek to transform patients' bodies and learn of their clients' powerful stories -- all the while deepening their entertaining bromance on the road.

In Botched By Nature's premiere, Dr. Dubrow and Dr. Nassif will head to Las Vegas, where they try to help a young woman whose autoimmune disease may have triggered her deformed breasts. During a stop in California, the doctors will aid a twin born with facial abnormalities whose brother experienced no complications at all.

In addition, the new Botched series will check in with fan-favorites from the past and feature some hilarious moments as the two doctors travel together and attempt to take advantage of local culture in some cities along the way.

Following each broadcast of Botched By Nature will be a new episode of Botched Post Op at 10PM ET/PT, which is launching as a weekly series for the first time.

Hosted by the two doctors and Heather Dubrow, Botched Post Op will feature special guests, Botched By Nature recaps, behind-the-scenes footage, and personal perspective from the doctors on transformations viewers will see on TV. Each of the eight episodes will be 30 minutes.

Botched By Nature and its aftershow, Botched Post Op, are both being produced by Evolution Media.

Botched By Nature is executive produced by Douglas Ross, Alex Baskin, Matt Westmore, Dr. Dubrow and Dr. Nassif. Serving as executive producers for Botched Post Op are Ross, Baskin and Lisa Bacon.
