Catherine Giudici admits she can get green with envy in her marriage to Sean Lowe and it's not fair to the former The Bachelor star.

In a preview clip WE tv released for Friday night's episode of Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars, Giudici, 29, and her reality TV star husband, 32, had to participate in a drill during which they both shared things they "hate" or situations and circumstances they are not proud of.

"I hate that I was called a pig, I hate that my dad left and my mom made him leave, and I hate that I'm jealous of other women," Giudici revealed.

"I hate that I fear failure and I hate that I lost a business," confessed Lowe, who previously attempted to run a furniture business with a friend.

When asked how Lowe felt about Giudici's admissions, he said, "It breaks my heart."

"You're a beautiful woman," The Bachelor's Season 17 star told Giudici, whom he had selected and proposed to at the end of his journey on the show. "And if I could have been your father, I would have told you how pretty you were every single day, and I would have never left you."

In return, Giudici told her husband it's painful to hear of his insecurities.

"It hurts me to know that the strong, confident man that I love has things that are really deep inside of him. It hurts me," she said.

Giudici then explained how her faults have negatively impacted her relationship with Lowe.

"I've hurt you because we're constantly surrounded by other women, and I hate that I've put on you sometimes how much I'm insecure about it," she said, referencing her struggle with jealousy.

"My lack of empathy has invalidated you and has made you feel unheard," Lowe explained. "We're a team, and I don't ever want you to feel alone. It's just not acceptable."

Afterwards, Giudici told the cameras it felt good to "finally open up and be candid and vulnerable." And Lowe agreed.

"I think this drill really forced me to recognize that I have a tendency to invalidate Catherine, and so, moving forward, I can make steps to stop doing that," Lowe insisted.

"Hopefully we don't have to deal with it again," Giudici noted.

Lowe and Giudici got married in January 2014 for a live television special on ABC and currently have a baby on the way.
