Teresa Giudice has spilled some personal and alarming details about what it was like to spend a year in prison.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star has written a tell-all memoir, Turning the Tables: From Housewife to Inmate and Back Again, about her experience behind bars set to be released February 9.

In excerpts of the book obtained by the New York Daily News, Giudice doesn't hold anything back.

When the reality TV star surrendered herself to Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury, CT, on January 5 of last year, she was disrobed, strip-searched, and forced to squat, stick out her tongue and cough.

"I wanted to die" of embarrassment, Giudice, 43, wrote in her memoir.

During her second day in prison, according to the Daily News, Giudice recalled hearing a "muffled sound" and "could see two women... writhing around" having sex.

She thought to herself, "I cannot believe this is happening!"

Giudice's prison cell became known as "The Boom Boom Room" because of all the sexual activity happening between the women.

While the inmates were satisfying each other, Giudice just daydreamed about her husband Joe, who begins his own 41-month sentence for multiple counts of financial fraud next month. Giudici even sent her husband a Father's Day card full of different sexual positions.

Giudice recently admitted she grew close to many of the women in prison, but some of them reportedly sold her out to the media for money. Add that to dirty bathrooms, maggots in her food and hair-pulling brawls.

Giudice was released from prison on December 23, 2015, which was just in time for Christmas. She'll remain on house arrest until February 5, but the former The Celebrity Apprentice contestant is just glad to be home with her family.
