Several hours after the 19 Kids and Counting stars announced they have a baby on the way, Duggar, 22, and Seewald, 19, released a Tuesday video on TLC suggesting they might be having twins.

The video dubbed "a special message" began with the couple making smoothies together and Duggar noting, "You know, pretty soon we'll be making another little smoothie."

"Yeah," Seewald said while holding up a bottle. "Maybe more than one!"

Duggar then laughed and said "you never know" with a big smile.

As the clip continued, Duggar and Seewald hinted further about the possibility of two babies.

"We are so excited to announce that we are expecting a baby!" Duggar told the cameras.

"We can't wait to find out if it's a boy or a girl," Seewald said.

"What do you think it is?" Duggar asked her husband.

"It could be both," Seewald replied with a grin. "You never know!"

Duggar then giggled and confessed, "I kind of think it's a boy!"

Duggar revealed she's 12 weeks along in her pregnancy and feeling good. The baby is due November 1, which marks the same month the pair will be celebrating their first wedding anniversary.

"[I'm] looking forward to the second trimester. I hear now the morning sickness and all that [goes away]. Things are going great!" Duggar explained.

Although the couple is starting a family of their own, they are still making definite plans to adopt "lots of kids," according to Seewald.

Duggar and Seewald announced their engagement in August 2014 and wed three months later in front of nearly 1,000 guests.
