The fourth season of Million Dollar Listing New York is set to premiere Wednesday, April 8 at 10PM ET/PT.

Ortiz will take on his first business development project. Serhant will be working through some of the biggest deals of his career, but the most significant will involve his girlfriend Emilia. Eklund officially becomes New York City's No. 1 broker although he still faces challenges with clients and colleagues. Eklund and Serhant will also attempt to work together for the first time.
The series' third edition just concluded in July 2014 and its finale was the highest-rated episode thus far with 1.3 million total viewers.
