The Voice's Top 10 seventh-season contestants were lent a huge helping hand from some of the biggest names in music during Monday night's performance show on NBC.

As the Top 10 rehearsed with their coach, each artist was also joined by an additional mentor who offered professional advice, criticism and performance tips. The famous mentors were Fall Out Boy's frontman Patrick Stump, singing icon Diana Ross, pop singer and songwriter Colbie Caillat, producer Clive Davis, and next season's The Voice coach Christina Aguilera.

Coach Blake Shelton announced the live show was one of the best in The Voice history, and DaNica Shirey from Pharrell Williams' team seemed to shine above the rest.

DaNica sang "I Have Nothing" by Whitney Houston and got a standing ovation from Clive, Pharrell and Blake. Coach Adam Levine said she was actually worthy of that special song, which was a huge compliment. Blake said she "killed it," coach Gwen Stefani asked repeatedly for an encore, and Pharrell admitted his "mind was blown."

A few other standouts last night were "Team Adam" members Matt McAndrew and Damien as well as "Team Blake" member Craig Wayne Boyd.

Matt performed "Fix You" by Coldplay and both Pharrell and Adam got on their feet for him. Blake said he had the drama and heart necessary to succeed, Pharrell could see his songs on the radio right now, Gwen noted it was amazing, and Adam said his artist can simply do everything but in a humble way.

Damien sang "You and I" by Stevie Wonder and all four coaches gave him a standing ovation. Adam felt the entire audience got onboard with the song and were extremely impressed.

Craig took the stage with "I Walk the Line," and both Pharrell and Blake stood up. Pharrell acknowledged Craig is his own character and knows who he is, Gwen said he's a star and will have a serious career, Adam admitted he's "so crazy good and amazing," and Blake simply noted his performance was "magic."

For Gwen's team, Anita Antoinette sang "Let Her Go" by Passenger, Ryan Sill performed "Starlight" by Muse, and John Taylor Williams sang "Come Together" by The Beatles.

Reagan James, representing Blake's team, performed "Fancy" by Iggy Azalea.

"Team Pharrell" member Luke Wade sang "Try a Little Tenderness" by Otis Redding.

Chris Jamison, who is on Adam's team, took the stage with a rendition of "Uptown Funk" by Mark Ronson featuring Bruno Mars.

During Tuesday night's live results show, The Voice's Top 10 will become a Top 8. After a bottom three is declared, America will be afforded the opportunity to "Instantly Save" one of the three artists.
