Cake Boss star Buddy Valastro has been arrested and charged for DWI.

According to the New York Police Department, Valastro, 37, was reportedly pulled over in his yellow 2014 Corvette for "driving erratically" and swerving in and out of lanes near Hudson Yards along 10th Avenue.
"To all my family, friends, fans and supporters, please know that I want to share and explain to you what happened today and I look forward to doing so at a later date. I appreciate your support and understanding as we handle things privately as a family," Valastro told Us in a statement.
After allegedly failing multiple field sobriety tests, the reality TV star was booked in Manhattan on a DWI charge, his first offense.
Cake Boss, which chronicles Valastro's family business, premiered in April 2009 on TLC.
