Jenner reportedly said she feels "blessed" and thinks her current personal and social life is "delicious."
Other people who attended the party include Scott Disick, Jonathan Cheban, Malika Haqq, and more of "the usual suspects."
Jenner reportedly gushed about "being so appreciative of the life that I have" and having received "great gifts."
"The thing that matters to me the most as the years tick on is just being with friend and family," she told the website.
Jenner and Gamble, a 33-year-old who works for Justin Bieber's manager Scooter Braun, recently went public with their relationship when they were spotted holding hands earlier this month in Los Angeles. They were first seen together in mid-October sharing a romantic dinner.
Jenner and her estranged husband Bruce Jenner, 64, have both insisted they're able to maintain a healthy relationship despite filing for divorce in late September. They announced in October 2013 they had decided to separate after 22 years of marriage.
