Kesha recently filed a lawsuit against her longtime music producer Lukasz "Dr. Luke" Gottwald, citing reputation-shattering allegations of abuse, but she reportedly previously denied all those claims sworn under oath.

Kesha reportedly claimed in such sealed documents she and Dr. Luke had shared a bed once but never engaged in an "intimate relationship," nor did he ever slip her a "roofie."
Likewise, Pebe Sebert, the mother of the 27-year-old Rising Star judge and Kesha: My Crazy Beautiful Life star, also denied she was ever informed of "a sexual relationship of any kind" or the idea that Dr. Luke had "slipped Kesha a date rape drug," according to the magazine.
Kesha's lawyer Mark Geragos claims the 2011 denials were only made because Dr. Luke threatened her.
"As detailed in our complaint, [Dr.] Luke walked Kesha down the beach and threatened to destroy Kesha's life and the lives of her family if she didn't cover up his sexual assaults in a 2011 deposition," Geragos explained.
Geragos said Dr. Luke's "latest legal maneuver comes as no surprise" because he had threatened Kesha's safety when demanding she stay silent about the way he had treated her over the course of 10 years.
"Unfortunately, protecting abusers out of fear happens all too often with battered women," Geragos told People. "[But] after being driven to the brink of death and into rehab, she's no longer going to allow herself to wither away at the hands of her abuser as he tries to blame the victim."
Shortly after Kesha filed her lawsuit on October 14, Dr. Luke countered with a lawsuit of his own in which he firmly denied "false and shocking" allegations he had drugged her, sexually and verbally assaulted her, and caused emotional damage.
Dr. Luke is reportedly accusing his client of extortion and fabricating lies to get herself out of their contract in order to work with a management firm offering the singer more money.
