Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett will reportedly try to work out the issues from his very public cheating scandal on Marriage Boot Camp.

The Kendra On Top stars will be starring in the next season of Marriage Boot Camp in the hopes of saving their marriage, E! News reported.

Despite allegations Baskett cheated on her with a transsexual, Wilkinson told E! News the father of her two young children "deserves sympathy."

"He was never a douchebag," the 29-year-old former Playboy Playmate and twelfth-season Dancing with the Stars contestant said in defense of her husband of five years.

Baskett, a 32-year-old former NFL player, is apparently "in a lot of therapy."

"He's always been the most perfect man on Earth. Now he's Superman without the cape," Wilkinson explained.

"He needs a lot of work, that's the issue. People looked at him like he was Superman and he probably made one little mistake and now the whole world sees this bad image and I hate that. It's so sad... He's not a bad guy. He's a very amazing person who was trapped in the very bad situation."

In a recent interview with People, Wilkinson acknowledged she's ready to forgive Baskett as long as she finds out the truth first. The former Splash contestant said he either made a mistake or had been set up.

"He's trying to find a way to tell me what really happened," Wilkinson said. "What if there is more that comes out? I can't sit here and say I'm going to stay with him and then tomorrow another story comes out. What if this is another Tiger Woods situation?"

Wilkinson came "so close" to filing for divorce, however, she doesn't want to make any rash decisions that could potentially change her life in a negative way.

"I'm not the type of person to flip a switch and just shut my love for Hank off," Wilkinson told E! News. "I love him so much. That's why I'm in so much pain."

Wilkinson welcomed a baby girl named Alijah Mary in May. She also has a four-year-old son Hank IV with Baskett. The couple's relationship drama will unfold for Kendra On Top's third season, which is set to debut October 3 on WE tv. Like Kendra On Top, Marriage Boot Camp also airs on WE tv.
