American Idol reject William Hung certainly hasn't been rejected in his love life.

Hung, 31, who famously auditioned for Idol in 2003 and got the boot from the judging panel for his strange rendition of Ricky Martin's "She Bangs," has recently gotten married, E! News reported.

Hung's audition for American Idol's third season got completely panned by former judges Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul and Randy Jackson.

"You can't sing, you can't dance. So what are you going to say?" Cowell asked Hung after he performed.

"Um, I already gave my best and I have no regrets at all," Hung replied. "I have no professional training in singing or dancing."

"No? Well, there's the surprise of the century!" Cowell quipped.

However, Hung's terrible audition brought him overnight celebrity status, from talk show appearances to commercial opportunities. He ended up recording three albums and selling about 200,000 copies.

Hung reportedly gave up on his music career after that and currently works as an administrative assistant for the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, according to E! News.
