In her most recent column, E!'s gossip columnist Wanda reports that although CBS and Survivor producers are trying to pretend that they've known all along, an insider assures her they were completely unaware of Survivor Thailand contestant Brian Heidik's pornography past.

According to Wanda, when Brian interviewed for the show, he didn't mention that he had done soft porn, and despite a background check, CBS never found it. Finally, when someone was editing the footage (someone who hadn't been in casting or in Thailand), he was recognized. The production area is now reportedly overrun with tapes of Brian's films and the crew's new favorite pastime is to sit around and laugh at their latest tribal torch.
